Sustainable FashionSocial Awareness Campaign
This project explores raising awareness about sustainability within the fashion industry through visual storytelling. Beginning with physical media using oil pastels and later refining the work digitally in Procreate, I created a series of 10 illustrations. The goal was to craft a compelling narrative that educates viewers on the environmental and ethical impacts of fast fashion while keeping them visually engaged. This project allowed me to deepen my illustration and storytelling skills while using art as a platform to address a pressing social issue.
With over two decades in the modeling industry, I've witnessed firsthand the rise of fast fashion and its impact on our planet. The shift towards mass-produced, low-quality clothing has led to excessive waste and environmental degradation. I believe it's time for a change. We must prioritize sustainable practices, reduce overconsumption, and implement regulations that hold the fashion industry accountable.

Solution
To address this issue, I created a series of 10 concept-driven illustrations using oil pastels, later refined digitally in Procreate, each paired with a powerful statement about sustainability in fashion. Through bold visuals and concise messaging, this project aims to educate viewers about the impact of fast fashion while encouraging mindful consumption and systemic change.
